Accelerated Reading Search Tips
You may use as many or as few criteria as you wish.
Using no criteria will return the entire list of 4,000 or so books.
- Author's Last Name - Enter as many characters of the author's last name as you wish.
Entering "M" will return all books whose author's last name begins with M.
Entering "Mi" will return all books whose author's last name begins with Mi.
- Title - This works the same as the author's last name.
Omit articles (a, the, an). If you're looking for The Kite Rider, you should enter Kite rather than The Kite.
- Book Level - If you are seeking books within a specific range of levels, you must select both a lower and upper level.
The upper level should be greater than the lower level.
- Points - If you are seeking books within a specfic point range, you must select both a lower and upper point value.
The upper value should be greater than the lower value.
- Sort By - You may select a field by which the returned rows will be ordered. The default is author's last name.
- Sort Order - You may sort in either ascending order or descending order. If, for instance, you selected a point range to return, you might want to sort in descending order so that the books with the most points are on top of the list.
